What is the different between access port and trunk port?
Access port carries traffic from one VLAN, Trunk port carries traffic from multiple VLANs
What is Server?
They are hosts that have software installed which enables them to provide information to other hosts on the network like email or webpages
What is Client?
They are computer hosts that have software installed that enables the host to request and display info obtained from the server, for example web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox), clients can both send and receive emails from the email server (for instance, the client has microsoft outlook)

It is also possible for one computer to run both client and server software at the same time

performance of a host can be slowed down if it’s acting as both a client and a server at the same time

- Easy to set up
- Less complex
- Lower cost because network devices and dedicated servers may not be required
- Can be used for simple tasks such as transferring files and sharing printers
What are the disadvantages of peer-to-peer networking?
- No centralized administration
- Not as secure
- Not scalable
- All devices may act as both clients and servers which can slow their performance
