• registrations of S74A opinions
• the provision of relevant evidence / documentation
• correction of errors in registration
• publicising changes to entries in the register
• * These entries are considered Prima facie evidence

What must entries in the register include?

Answer 2

• the name and address of the applicant and address for service
• the name and address of the inventor
• title, filing date and number of the application
• the date of publication
• if relevant, the date, application number and country of each priority document
