Eye strain: Prolonged screen use can cause visual fatigue, including dry eyes, blurred vision, and headaches.
Insufficient Light: A workspace that is too dim can cause users to squint or lean forward.

Organ Function: Poor posture can even affect the position and function of internal organs
Safety
Location of Extension Cords: Cords and cables that run across the floor, through doorways, or over sharp edges create significant tripping hazards
Regular Breaks:prolonged static sitting is not healthy. Users should take frequent, short breaks
