what is one reason for re setting goals?
-if you have achieved your long term goal before the end of your training programme -my goals were too ambitious so i lost motivation to keep going (resetting gave me a more appropriate challenge and i began to improve so pushed through with my new goal) example answer: one reason for resetting goals for the emotion factor is that i achieved my goal quicker than expected. i improved my confidence halfway through my PDP. this meant i could reset my goal and focus on building trust with my teammates, making me an all round better player
