What happens during a job interview?
Applicants are interviews face to face by on person a panel or in a group. They go through their qualifications they can also evaluate personality traits
Give three test examples
Personality assessment- this tells employers how candidates will act with company culture and how they would work in a team.
Situational judgment tests- given hypothetical situations in the work place and how they would solve them
Skills assessment- shows how they demonstrate needed skills like computer or language.
What is an assessment centre?
A combination of activities and tests to assess candidate abilities
