- identify direction “BRG” away from enemy action/crash site/danger area, grab essential gear, get head count and move out gaining time and distance using PACE COUNT

- continue to GAIN time and distance
- successfully clear the enemy action/crash site/danger area before finding a hide site
- ideally at least a terrain feature away

- 360 security and head count
- thorough med check, cammi up (body and gear) and secure loose gear

Short term evasion actions taken in the event of separation
- designate a rally point for each leg of movement
- be prepared to use non-verbal challenge/reply (iron cross/iron shield) or verbal challenge/reply (emperor/mischief) to link back up
Short term evasion actions when compromised
- will attempt avoid by a change in direction, if impossible to gain cover/concealment to not be seen, if compromised TL will change direction upon movement
- each team member will have blood chit available
Short term evasion actions taken when facing life threatening injuries
-stabalize casualty if possible, if stabilization is unsuccessful a Mercy Contsct will be attempted
Long term evasion intentions in event recovery is not made within 48 hrs
