Can it be measured to see if it has been achieved or not?

Is it realistic? The more realistic the more motivating.
Relevant
Is the abjective actually of any use? Is it a distraction from the main purpose of the company?
Time Specific
Does it have a time frame? Without a deadline, objectives aren’t meaningful.
