Specific Measurable Accepted Realistic Time bound
Define specific
The target has to be specific to the demands of the sport, muscles used or movement used
Define measurable
It must be possible to measure if the target has been met
Define accepted
It must be accepted by the performer or others involved in the training and comp like the coach
Define realistic
The target has to actually be possible to complete
Define time bound
The target covers a set period of time so that the person knows wether they have achieved it or not
