Correction to Vref due to wind

• If HWD < 10 Kts then Vref + 5
• If HWD > 10 Kts then Vref then add half of HWS to get Vtgt
• If XWD, if there are gusts present then add half of gust + wind speed

IN ANY CASE: Vref WILL NOT BE INCREASED MORE THAN 15 KIAS
