Consulting Agreement
refers to an ARCHITECTURAL CORPORATION, ASSOCIATION, OR GROUP/PARTNERSHIP duly registered with SEC or other concerned government regulatory agency / instrumentality or to a single proprietorship duly registered with the DTI and likewise registered with the Commission/Board to perform State-regulated Architectural services such as PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTING SERVICES (PACS)
Consulting Architectural Firm (CAF)
Living and travelling expenses of employees, partners, principals when away from office on business, identifiable communication expenses, services directly applicable to the contracted architectural consulting work, identifiable expenses for supplies and materials , identifiable reproduction costs
Direct Costs / Reimbursable Expenses
refers to a FILIPINO CITIZEN, a natural person who POSSESSES THE QUALIFICATIONS of a Filipino Professional Consultant (FPC). Must be an RLA and must be a member in good standing of the IAPOA
