First-degree murder

second-degree murder

The unlawful and intentional killing of another without malice 
Voluntary manslaughter
heat of passion, sudden and adequate provocation by the victim that was sufficient to cause the reasonable person to lose their mind or act in a violent manner without resorting to thought or reason 
Involuntary manslaughter
in the commission of an unlawful act not amount to a felony or in the commission of an unlawful manner or without de caution and circumcise action of a lawful act which might produce death you did not mean to kill

Reckless conduct that results in death negligent, conduct a failure of the person to apprehend and appreciate the danger that they pose that the reasonable person would have known and misdemeanor, murdered the death caused by a person who is engaged in a violation of some rule of law or statute that is not inherently dangerous
