Recommendations for autoclave

A
  • Recommended temperature: 250-255 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Unwrapped items are sterilized about 20 minutes, with wrapped items at about 30 minutes.
  • Failure of autoclave may occur. The material used must be permeable to steam but impervious to contaminants
