Signs of congenital syphilis

A
  • Secondary syphilis skin signs.
  • Rhagades (radial periorificial scars, sites of prev fissures)
  • Dental: peg shaped, notched teeth, defective enamel
  • Eyes: Keratitis ->corneal ulcers/opacities
  • Ears: deafness
  • Skeletal - frontal bossing, saddle nose, high palate, sml maxilla, prominent mandible, tibial bowing
