If D keeps a wild animal and P gets injured b/c it does something characteristic of that animal, keeper is SL no matter how unF the harm.

Every dog gets one free bite. Not liable unless D is on notice of danger.

Abnormally Dangerous Activities
A
When: there is a high risk of serious harm to others, D can’t engage in the activity w/o risk and can’t eliminate risk w/ care, and it is not a commonly undertaken activity in the community.
(blasting, explosives like fireworks, or dangerous chemicals)

Defense to abnormally dangerous activity
A
CN, can’t use unless P knew of danger and did anyway, P assumed risk
