Day 1 to 3: bloody with fleshy odor, may have clots

Day 4 to 10: Pink/brown with fleshy odor
Lochia Alba
Day 10+= yellow or white

1) Latent
Cervix dilated 0 to 3 centimers. Contractions are 10 to 30 seconds long and mild to moderate
2) Active
Cervix dilated about 4 to 7 centimeters
