Chocolate Budino Tart
Bitter chocolate tart shell filled with a dark butterscotch pudding. Garnished with crème fraiche ice cream and caramel sauce and seal salt. This is decidedly un-sweet dessert, but the flavor profile sticks with dessert. Bitter caramel and chocolate are the main flavor profiles with the crème fraiche ice cream serving as the bland / cooling texture / flavor.
