General requirements of conducting FP applies

1. EST ID of Person
2. If FP conducted at P/Station put them on attendance.
3. For intimate samples, mouth scrapings should be obtained
4. If UOF is required, blood sample is the preferred option
5. If parent/guardian can not be located for a compulsory procedure of a child (10 - 17) ;

> ITP (preferably same sex) must be present.
