Should your relationship with someone stop you from reporting them when necessary?
No- eg= if your going to be roommates next year it shouldn’t stop you from reporting them
What’s the appropriateness of a dr taking over from a medical student if they’re struggling
Very inappropriate- they can’t learn and patient would think med student did something wrong
If you have a problem with someone’s behaviour why is it inappropriate but not awful to talk to the consultant about it
It’s not a direct solution- talk to the person yourself first
