Can look a lot like cancers, most likely to be in the thoracic spine. Can be kyphosis (vertebral body collapse) or cold abscesses. Little pain.

Thickening of the synovium and severe periarticular osteoporosis.
Differentials?
Monoarticular rheumatoid, haemorrhagic arthritis, pyogenic arthritis
Treatment?
Rifampicin, Isoniazid, Ethambutol (8 weeks)
Rifampicin, Isoniazid 6-12 months
