M 5-6. Need 1 OR other flow path. IF NEITHER, IMMED suspend core alts and pos reactivity additions.

Limit exposure due to liquid tank failure to less than 10CFR20 limits.

Gas Tank Based on failure which limits exposure to less than .5 REM at site boundary.
