• Software engineer for a little over 7 years
• Mostly focused on backend work
• My roles always involved collaborating with clients to figure out requirements and/or issues
• I’ve always enjoyed the satisfaction of fulfilling clients needs and making them happy (more tangible and human feeling than coding/fixing a bug)

Why Tennr?

• I think Tennr is solving a something really necessary in healthcare
• My wife is a nurse and she does a lot of paperwork, and I always thought how dated some of these systems can be
• The idea of using AI for this process makes a lot of sense

Why Move From SWE to Embedded SE?

• Liked working as a Software Engineer but overtime, found that working with clients was something I enjoyed
• SE is a good opportunity to work with clients but still leverage the 8 years of SWE experience
