1. Resource Extraction: human take an active roll in harvesting these resources, agriculture, solar pannels.
   2.Concentration/Purification: turn the raw material into materials we can use.
2. Production of goods: turning these materials into goods, wood to building a house, flour into pasta or bread.
3. Consumption of these products, for our benefit and society. cars are driven, clothes are worn and bread are eaten.
4. End of usefulness of these goods.
5. Recycling/ Reused: Reused you can use again without any production, such as second hand clothing. Recycle is converting materials that lost their value into new materials.

What are factors that can change recycle practices?

Answer 2

Scarcity of original resource
New technologies create new opportunities for recycling
Reuse cheaper/more energy efficient than production
Socially unacceptable degradation of env by disposal.

What are types of recycling/reuse?

Answer 3

1) Produces primary resources so it changes back into the same original source material.
2) Produce secondary resources which are resources for production of new source material
