Flushed, decreased body habitus, dressed inappropriately, sweating, increased hand temperature, thyroid acropatchy, tachycardia, AF, hypertension, exophthalmos/ proptosis, lid lag, exopthalmoplegia, goitre, bruit, proximal myopathy, pre tibial myxoedema, brisk reflexes, fine tremor, palmar erythema

NB- Graves specific: eye disease, pretibial myxoedema, thyroid a crop achy, goitre

Peaches and cream complexion, loss of outer third of the eyebrow, intolerance to cold/ dressed inappropriately for the weather, increased body habitus, bradycardia, hypotensive, hoarse voice, slow reflexes, non pitting oedema, dry hair and skin, fatigue, goitre
