Add 25cm3 sodium hydroxide to the conical flask using a pipette and put it on a white tile
Clamp into place the burette
Close the tap and fill it to above the 0cm3 line with sulfuric acid
Put 5-10 drops of methyl orange indicator in the conical flask

Carefully open the tap and release at a drop by drop basis
When the colour change looks like being permanent slow down the drops
Repeat 3 times to find a mean to remove any anomalies
