They are important and play a vital role in ones health. But their voices need to be heard - overworked , low wages
Like everyone else autonomy is important - working long hours receiving unfair treatment - patient delivery wont be as effective.
- the fact that patient safety is already compromised by staffing level shortages - so government need to hear it.
- Not all doctors provide services that would suffer greatly - closing a clinic for one day is simply an inconvenience rather than a major disaster
Against - pandemic backlog of treatment, 7.21 million people waiting for treatment. Going on strike hinders the time further.
Doctors are paid well and public know it. A strike would lead to general public losing confidence.
