- Week 24 : Graduation
Specialist training
After IOT I will undertake an 8 week training package.
4 weeks will be work place training
4 weeks will be residential training at the school of physical training in RAF Cosford.
This will equip me with context-specific training skills for my first tour.
Subsequent training will prepare me for roles such as training analysis, training design, training assurance, parachute jump instructor, AT instructor, SERE instructor
Foundation Tour
Station training officer on an RAF station developing programmes of activity to get the best from individuals, teams and organisations.
Work with physical education specialists to achieve goals, I will be in charge of strategy, planning and assurance of what goes on
Qualifications
Level 5 Diploma from the institute of advanced management
