Q

analysis of phyisological data

A

physical impact of training program of the athlete
eg. reduced resting HR indicates athlete has adapted to the working load and progession is required to improve further
eg. increases muscle soreness indicates athlete may be experiencing cumulative fatigue and is at risk of overtraining and needs more rest
