A

The dictator was overthrown by someone, who is also overthrown by a worse and undemocratic person. Wilson didn’t acknowledge him. We engaged in “watchful waiting, occupied Veracruz, then left. Carranza took over and was recognized. Then Pancho Villa enters the picture.
