Why do we warm up?
-increase blood flow to muscles
-raise body temp
-increase heart rate
-to allow greater flexibility
-prepare body for physical exercise
-prevent injury
What are the three parts of a warm up?

increases your heartrate
e.g high knees and skipping
Stretches
we stretch our muscles to prevent injury
e.g Hamstring, quadriceps and triceps
