A river is a natural flowing watercourse, usually freshwater, flowing towards an ocean, sea, or lake. In some cases a river flows into the ground and become dry at the end of its course without reaching another body of water. Small rivers can be referred as streams.

- Water tanks - rain water flows off the roof through pipes into a tank. People use it in homes when it is dry.
