Explain when active, passive, and relative verbs should be used.
**Active verbs** Most direct "I bought the book" Nividy boky zaha. Focus on WHO is doing it: I **Passive verbs** The focus shifts to the object. "The book was bought by me" Novidiko ny boky. Focus on the object, WHAT: book. **Relative verbs** Focused on the circumstances of the action (time, place, method, reason, or indirect effects). "I bought the book for my child." Ny zanako no nividianako ny boky. Focus on who I bought the book FOR.
