1. Hematemesis: brisk upper GI bleed
2. Melena: slower Upper GI bleed, or less commonly small bowel or right colon bleed
3. Hematochezia: colonic bleed or rapid upper GI or small bowel bleed
High risk peptic ulcer bleeding
