- Direct(eerste mnd na Tx): donor APC presenteert willekeurig peptide op MHC molecuul dat door T-cel ontvanger als lichaamsvreemd gezien wordt ⇒ kruisreactie
- Indirect(chronisch): APC ontvanger presenteert lichaamsvreemd donor MHC peptide aan TCR ontvanger

- AB0 matching
- HLA matching: serologisch of moleculair(PCR) bepalen
-> remming geïnduceerde immuniteit
Kruisproef: uitsluiten geperformeerde immuniteit - humoraal: cellen donor en serum ontvanger met complement -> is er cellysis?
- cellulair(MLR): is er interactie tussen APC donor en T-cel ontvanger(of andersom)

- Anti T-cel therapie
- ATG: werkt 1jr, veel acute reacties
- Alemtuzmab: anti-CD52, minder acute reacties maar zeer potente lange termijn effecten
- humoraal: plasmawisseling, IVIG
Afstoting is op lange termijn niet schadelijk mits snel en goed behandeld
Hyperacute afstoting kan niet worden behandeld -> nefrectomid

Acute GVHD: huid, lever, darm
Chronische GVHD: andere immuuncellen betrokken, ook andere organen target - behandeling: prednison, als niet werkt andere immuunsuppressiva
