What does the product identifier on a supplier label contain?
The exact name of the product as it appears on the container and SDD
What does the supplier identifier on a supplier label contain?
The name, address and telephone number of the company which made or packaged the product
What does the pictogram on a supplier label contain?
Hazard symbol within a red square set on one of its points
What does a signal word contain on a supplier label?
A word used to alert the reader to a potential hazard and to indicate the severity of the hazard
What does the hazard statement on a supplier label contain?
Brief, standardized sentences that describe the hazards of a product, and indicate the degree of the hazard.
What does the precautionary statement(s) on a supplier label contain?
Standardized advice about how to minimize or prevent harmful effects of a product. Instructions may include: • use of the product • PPE • storage • first aid • emergency measures
