What is the difference between sparkling wine and Champagne?
Sparkling wine is produced in multiple different regions across the world, with different
grapes and can use a variety of methods to be produced: traditional method, stainless steel
fermentation and tank method. Champagne strictly comes from the Champagne Region in
France, uses the traditional method and uses a blend of three grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot
Noir and Pinot Meunier
