Who’s not covered?
A
independent contractors, teachers, part time household employees, members of clergy, non-profit workers

When can an employee not profit?
A
- if he intentionally injured himself
- if he was voluntarily hurt during a not-on-job company outing
- if he was knowingly negligent

What does an employee get?
A
Medical Expenses, 2/3 of wages, and in case of death, a lump sum.
