-scaphoid compression test (anatomical snuffbox)

Suspected De Quervains Tenosynovitis:

• pain. around thumb and wrist
• Finklestein’s test- hand in fist and bend down

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome:
tap over carpal tunnel of the wrist
(median nerve compressed)

Cubital Tunnel:

• compression ulnar nerve at elbow
• abduction small finger

Phalens

• reverse prayer
• suspected carpal tunnel syndrome
