Q

Bicep Femoris actions

A

Flex the knee at the Tibiofemoral Jt
Extend the hip at the coxal joint
Tilt pelvis posteriorly lumbosacral jt

Since it’s the lateral hamstrings, they will laterally rotate the flexed knee at the tibiofemoral jt, and laterally rotate the hip at the coxal jt
