CPCE Study Prep (Rosenthal Purple Book) 🕮

The purpose of this study set is to help prepare for the Counselor Preparation Comprehensive Examination (CPCE) anticipated to be taken in Fall 2024 (~October/November). The study sets will include study cards that cover the following 8 CACREP core areas expected to be on the CPCE: 1) Human Growth and Development 2) Social and Cultural Diversity 3) Counseling and Helping Relationships 4) Group Counseling and Group Work 5) Career Development 6) Assessment and Testing 7) Research and Program Evaluation 8) Professional Counseling Orientation and Ethical Practice This study set will also aim to have a deck covering important theorists in the field and their corresponding theories/theoretical frameworks. The information within the study derives from Dr. Rosenthal's Encyclopedia of Counseling (AKA, The Purple Book) and other relevant textbooks used from within my CACREP university program.
