Digital flashcards to help revision of pathologies encountered on CXR and AXR. These are accessible online or on mobile devices via the app. Each card is laid out as below: SIDE 1: - Image (this is not DICOM quality, but you are able to zoom in, all images are sourced from Radiopaedia cases) - Clinical information (In some cases this is deliberately vague as to not give away the answer, others are more specific to steer you toward the correct diagnosis out of a differential). SIDE 2: - Findings (A description of the salient findings structured in the way that I personally report). - Impression (A summary or conclusion of findings offering a diagnosis or differential diagnosis). - Background (Information on the pathology shown with reference to pathophysiology and standard radiographic appearances. This information is largely sourced from Radiopaedia and corroborated with other sources). - Differential Diagnosis (A list of suitable differential diagnoses with, where possible, an explanation for why this can be excluded) - Follow-up (Relevant further imaging or blood/lab tests which can be helpful for further delineation or diagnosis. In some cases this will include actions which you would not reasonably suggest in the report but which is useful to know).
