What is Brain Computer Interface?
A computer-based system that acquires brain signals, analyzes them, and translates them into commands that are relayed to an output device to carry out a desired action, to allow for enhancement of quality of life.
Principles of Brain Computer Interface / how does it work?
Measurement (oxygen level/EEG waves) –> processing of that information –> extract features that are relevent –> we make a prediction –> the output emerges and goes to the user to verify if that’s what they meant –> the output is stimulated (e.g. with a visual picture, or a written text).
