Lies within the sphenoid bone and is just inferior to the sella tursica
Superior Orbital Fissure
-V1, 4, 3, 6 enter through here and cavernous sinus
Optic Canal
Contains only the optic nerve and opthalmic artery which is a branch directly off internal carotid
Inferior orbital fissure
-Contains branches of the maxillary artery to supply the face and nose and also V2
