-Pitch/thrust:
-Below thrust reduction altitude: 15°/TOGA
-Above thrust reduction altitiude and below 10,000: 10°/CLB
-Above thrust reduction altitude and above 10,000: 5°/CLB
-Flaps: Maintain current config
-Flaps (if in config full): Select config 3 and maintain
-Speedbrakes: Checks retracted
-L/G: Up
-When at or above MSA or circuit altitude: level off for troubleshooting

-Carefully monitor flight path and speed
-When out of windshear, smoothly recover normal climb
