• If customer order in every single week for last 24 weeks

The recommendation data will be shown when the below criteria is fulfilled.

• Only companies with a sales history of more than six months and within last 3 months
• Only customers with more than 10 transactions

  • If customer is visited in every single week for last 24 weeks

The recommendation data will be shown when the below criteria is fulfilled.

  • Only customers with more than 10 visits

1067 Do new customer and new company use AI functions?

The below criteria is required:

• The companies with a sales history of more than six months and more than 10 transactions with their customers.
• Plus, companies that have a history of transactions within the last 3 months.

Even if the above criteria†is fulfilled, if sales function is used only partially, accurate†recommendation would not be shown.

Question 4

1168 What is suggestion score of customer?

Answer 4

Suggestion score is the recommendation rate of customers to be visited during the next two weeks.
There are four levels of score: A+, A, B, and C and can be checked on Customer list, the map in Schedule and Activity Report on only the web.
The map in Schedule can be used as a reference for planning visits, and the map in Activity Report can be used to check whether FS is visiting the customers who should be visited.
The score is updated every Monday.

There are two types of probability calculations: Sales history base and visit Cycle base, with the higher probability being used if customers have both score.
If a company has been using SENRI for less than 6 months or does not have sufficient data on Sales or Visit, the score will be mostly C.
