1106 For customers interested in introducing Schedule function, what SENRI team needs to know?
We need to know the following to recommend how to use the function
1107 What kind of value can the customer expect from schedule function?
a) In addition to the visit, mgrs wants to check the quality - i.e., to review plan vs actual. Often the case, some FS are visiting customers nearby frequently and not having constant visit to all customers or making random visits
b) Managers wants to direct FS to visit specific customers and view the result easily
c) For some customers especially with distance travels, they want to calculate transportation cost in advance
1074 Can I approve plan after field staff created?
No but managers can check, edit and delete plans made by field staff anytime.
1075 Can field staff edit plans after creation?
FS can always edit Time, Repeat and Note.
For other fields, it depends on “Addition and Deletion of future schedule from mobile app” settings on company page. Managers can choose from:
1076 Can I set multiple plans for one customer in a day?
It is possible but regarded as one plan in schedule summary or dashboard.
You are still able to check each plans for each Field Staff below;
Activity & plan > Schedule > click the name of Filed staff
1131 What is Minimum Number of Plans?
Field staff cannot records any visit unless # of plans exceed the preset number.
If you do not want to restrict, set as 0.
When you use this restriction, “Addition and Deletion of Future Schedule on Mobile App” should be “Allowed” or “Allowed except for todayís schedule (before the 1st visit)”.
Company which want to strictly control # daily visit will use this function
