How do you maintain the air compressor, and what are the common issues you encounter?
I perform daily checks on the air compressor to ensure that pressure levels are within the recommended range. Routine maintenance involves checking for air leaks, monitoring oil levels, and cleaning air filters. Common issues include high discharge temperature, which could indicate a dirty or clogged air filter, or worn piston rings that reduce compression efficiency.
Unloader Function
When starting the compressor, it is the one who unloads the remaining pressure inside the compressor. When stopping, it is the one who releases the remaining load of the compressor.
