Glycolysis
2 pyruvate, 4 ATP, 2 NADH
Pyruvate Oxidation
2 Acetyl CoA, 2 NADH, 2 CO2
Citric acid (Krebs) Cycle (one CoA)
ATP, 3 NADH, FADH2, 2CO2
Carbon fixation
CO2 is added to a 5 carbon RuBP, causing it to split into 2 3-carbon molecules.
Reduction
Using 1 ATP and 1 NADPH, each 3-carbon sugar is converted into G3P. After 6 G3P have been made, one is released.
Regeneration
The 5 remaining G3P are recycled into 3 RuBP using 3 ATP
Photosynthesis
3CO2 + 9ATP + 6NADPH -> G3P
