Evaluation
After reflecting on my experiment I realised that the volume of detergent may have not been kept constant as I did not measure the detergent. In order to reduce this I next time I will use a syringe to measure the detergent and keep the volume the same each time.
Conclusion
In conclusion The type of enzyme that produced the highest volume of foam when reacting with hydrogen peroxide is Catalase - which produced an average of 106ml of foam while the other enzymes did not produce any foam.
Analysis
The data I collected from my experiment matches the data from my literature source as only one enzyme reacted with hydrogen peroxide shown by foam only producing when reacting with catalase.
