16Gy in 2# (1# per week over 2 weeks)
1st fraction given within 24 hours of surgery and 2nd 1 week later
Treat with 80kV
PTV = Scar and stitches + 5mm margin.

8 Gray single fraction within 4 days of surgery or 4-6 hours prior to re-operation.
