p/w sudden chest pain with raised troponin
ECG shows STEMI in V1-V4

A

anterior STEMI secondary to LAD occlusion.
drug eluting stent is perferred as it has a lower rate of restenosis but higher rate of re-thrombosis thus 6-12 months of dual anti platelet therapy is needed

patient has HTN. HF and AF - they are on digoxin which drugs interact with digoxin

bendoflumthiozide- causes hypoK and make heart more sensitive to digoxin.
